Jobs and Meat are Best When Well-Done

I’m not a fan of having a slab of meat thrown on my plate that is so undercooked it is actively bleeding.
Don’t justify serving me an uncooked burger with some arbitrary defense of, “Rare meat tastes the best.”
Meat served rare is the product of an impatient chef with no idea how to thoroughly cook something.
